Aaditya Pathak

Aaditya has pursued his law degree (LLB Hons.) from SOAS, University of London and subsequently qualified at the Delhi Bar after completing the BCI mandated diploma at National Law University, Delhi (NLUD).

Thereafter he commenced practice at the trial courts of Delhi handling a variety of civil, criminal, and matrimonial litigation and was tasked with drafting and filing petitions, appearing in court, and actively liaising with clients. Since joining Lexstone, Aaditya has also been involved in commercial white-collar litigation as well as handling complex foreign arbitration work emanating from the LCIA.
