Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka in the year 2016 and enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and entered law practice in the same year.
He practices unceasingly before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Forum, and other forums and also takes up litigation work in Delhi NCR as well as in other districts like Gurugram, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak, Sonipat.
He holds an experience of more than 6 years and has dealt with a variety of matters relating to Civil Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Cheque Dishonour Cases and Matrimonial Matters. Apart from litigation experience he also conducts title Search related to Properties and has experience of preparing Title Search report and Non-encumbrances Certificates.
He is Member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Rohini Court Bar Association and is also empanelled Advocate at Delhi Legal Services Authority.
