Anant Raj Kannojiya

Anant graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2011. He has considerable experience in advising on and handling commercial and civil litigation matters pan India as well as providing general legal advisory.

He has more than a decade of experience in handling a plethora of litigations relating to Real Estate, Civil, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Company and Consumer law. Anant is accredited with drafting, filing and arguing the legal matters involving Writ Jurisdictions. Insolvency & Company Laws and Suits & Arbitrations.

Working in the field of Dispute Resolution. Anant has worked extensively on both Appellate Side and Original Side, including Arbitration. Have experience of appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Trial Courts and various tribunals, including National Company Law Tribunal (erstwhile Company Law Board), Debt Recovery Tribunal and Ad-hoc Arbitral Tribunals.
