Atul Malhotra

Atul graduated in Law from Delhi University in year 2007 and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2005. He is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi.

Atul is a Founder Partner of Lexstone Group and looks after the corporate, capital market and international litigation/arbitration practice of the firm. He has multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional experience, particularly in matters related to international litigation, capital market transactions, foreign exchange, money laundering laws and real estate transactions. He has handled several capital market transactions involving listing of equity/debt instruments on Indian stock exchanges including IPOs, GDRs at Alternate Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange, qualified institutional placements (QIP), consortium/overseas debt funding, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, etc. He has also handled various contentious litigation matters in the UK (High Court and Court of Appeal).
