Bhavya is an Associate Partner at Lexstone Chambers in the Corporate practice group and specialises in Capital Market Transactions, Commercial Agreements, Financial Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Structured Investments.

Her wealth of experience comes from advising on a range of transactions, including transfer of shares to foreign investing companies, structuring of Franchise and Subscription & Shareholders transactions, governance issues and developing strategies to deal with potential claims and regulatory investigations.
