Gaurav is Commerce Graduate, qualified Law Graduate from Delhi University and Company Secretary from ICSI. He is Founder Partner of Lexstone Group, having two law firms, viz. Lexstone Chambers (Advocates) and Lexstone & Wheaton Law Chambers (Advocates). Prior to this, he has worked with renowned corporates in India – SRF Limited, BHW Birla Home Finance Limited, HCL Technologies Limited and Unitech Limited and is presently doing independent legal practice.
He has extensive experience of over 20 years, particularly in dealing with matters relating to the corporate laws, legal compliance, large-size corporate transactions, cross border transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, mergers, acquisitions & diversification, financing transactions, drafting, and review of commercial and corporate contracts/ agreements, high-stake corporate litigation, shareholders/ joint venture disputes, criminal litigation & investigations, economic offenses and white-collar crimes. He has worked in various sectors such as real estate & infrastructure, hospitality, telecom, manufacturing, housing finance, information technology, health and medical equipment, education, e-commerce and start-ups sector.
