Gaurav Jain

Gaurav is a graduate in [B.Com (H), & LLb,] from Delhi University and also a Chartered Accountant and a practicing Advocate, having more than 20 years of experience in the domain of Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory.

He argues matters before different appellate forums including ITAT, PMLA Appellate Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court, and has several important decisions under his belt.

Gaurav has recently authored book on Black Money Law, published by Taxmann, which is well received by the readers.

He is also on panel of some renound CA Firms to handle tax litigation. Prior to venture with Lexstone, he was Partner of luminary firm Vaish Associates in the field of Direct Taxation. He is assisted by a strong qualified team of Chartered Accountants and Lawyers, most of them with dual qualifications, in providing quality results to clients.
Gaurav is regularly invited as a speaker by various forums and has also authored articles, spreading on complex issues relating to international taxation, domestic tax, Black Money Law, Benami Law, etc., in reputed Tax Journals.
