Karuna Sharma

Karuna looks after firm’s Civil, Commercial, Corporate Litigation and Arbitration Practice. She graduated in Law from Delhi University in year 2007 and is a qualified Company Secretary from ICSI since 2005. She is also registered as an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.

She holds extensive experience in matters related to corporate disputes including shareholder’s disputes, mergers and amalgamations, insolvency and liquidation related matters, and ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations.
