Karuna Sharma is a qualified lawyer since 2007 from Law Centre II, Delhi University and a qualified company secretary from ICSI since 2005. She is also registered as an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. With a blend of approximately 18 years of industry as well as advisory experience, she is providing services as a resolution professional / liquidator in insolvency resolution/liquidation related matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. She is further providing corporate advisory on day-to-day basis and making representations before NCLT (Delhi Bench) and NCLT (Chandigarh Bench), NCLAT, RD, OL and MCA etc. in insolvency/liquidation matters and matters under Companies Act, 2013 including oppression / mismanagement, demerger/merger of entities, capital reductions, shifting of registered office (inter/intra state), compounding /condonation of violations, restoration/strike off of companies etc.
