Shubham Gupta

Shubham is a graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He is associated with the tax team and assists in handling matters pertaining to Income Tax Act, Black Money Act, Prohibition of Benami Properties Act and PMLA before appellate forums including ITAT, High Court and Supreme Court. He writes regularly on legal issues, published regularly on Legal Journals including Taxmann. He also had the privilege of providing his assistance to Senior Partner, Mr. Gaurav Jain, in the creation of the book titled “Guide to Black Money Law”, published on TAXMANN, in the capacity of a co-author.
